Tamworth - Volunteer drivers deliver meals between 8:15am and 10:30am Monday to Friday.

Kootingal & Moonbi - 10.00am - 11am Monday to Friday.

We have a two week rotating menu which when selected maintains regular deliveries.

You can email your meal order to info@mow.org.au ensuring that you include your full name, phone number and address in the email.

Changes to your Menu -

Over the phone
You can submit your order and changes to your menu by calling 02 6765 8999 and talking to one our friendly admin team Brenda, Meg & Jess.
In person
The office is located at 328 Goonoo Goonoo Road South Tamworth

General Public Sales
Frozen meals, pies & sausage rolls also can be purchased over the counter by general public, office hours are 7.30am - 3.30pm Mon - Fri.
